TURNER — Dan and Pamela Pulkkinen of Turner are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Faith Pulkkinen of Turner, to Todd Evertt Parker of Auburn, son of Ken Parker of Grand Isle and Debra LaPlante of Auburn.

Miss Pulkkinen is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in business administration. She currently works as a supervisor for TD Bank.

Mr. Parker is a graduate of Champlain College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He currently works in merchandising for L.L. Bean.

A 2014 wedding is being planned.
