Cardio Kickboxing: four-week course to learn correct boxing and kickboxing stances and techniques while practicing on the heavy bag. Bring boxing gloves.

Basic Weatherization: Learn basic tips for keeping a home warm for the winter. Free winterization materials will be distributed.

How Money Works: Discover what wealthy people know and are not sharing. Learn how to avoid the most common mistakes made with money and receive a guide to build financial health.

Dogcer Ball: A  new dog game – the dog version of soccer, starting Monday, Nov. 19. Start off by trick training and teaching a dog to nose a ball to a goal.
