Returning players: Seniors — Rick James (6-1 senior), Nick Mills (6-1 senior), Mike DelDuca (6-1 senior).

Key losses: Danny Whitney (5-10 guard), Corey Howard (6-2 forward/center), Drew Wilson (6-1 forward), Devin Vail (5-10 guard), Dominic Haines (6-2 forward, transfer to Mountain Valley).

Promising newcomers: Juniors — Nick Conrad, Tyler Cherkis, Austin Ryerson; Sophomore — Maverick Grififn; Freshman — Cam Pike.

Outlook: Telstar sputtered into the 2011-12 playoffs and took it on the chin in a preliminary loss at Sacopee Valley. Only three players return with significant experience, so the Rebels may take a while to find the range. Because size is at a premium, Thurlow would like to see his team prosper with the running game and score bundles of its points in transition.
