Returning skiers: Boys: Senior — Jay Chenard; Junior — Thomas Faraday; Sophomores — Trevor Brackley, Draegan Tooker. Girls: Juniors — Emma houston, Ivy Mitman; Sophomores — Hattie Rosenberg, Reilly Romanoski.

Key losses: Trent Rosenberg, Nick Carlton, Sadie James

Promising newcomers: Boys: Freshmen — Courtland Talmage.

Outlook: The Roadrunners lost their top skier, James, who transferred to Gould, but return their next four to defend their conference title and expect to improve with more experience. The boys won’t give up their title without a fight, either, with Chenard, one of the top classical skiers in the state and breakthrough seasons from Faraday, Brackley and Tooker expected.
