The heart of man is deceitful above all else, and desperately wicked. Regardless of stronger gun control, evil people will find ways to kill.

To curtail spawning mass murderers our nation needs to:

— Put the Christian God, the Ten Commandments and prayer back into schools and families.

— Stop lying to students about evolutionary theory and man descending from monkeys.

— Understand that the ideal family for nurturing children has a stay-at-home mother and a loving, masculine father.

— Teach youngsters that their greatest value comes from the fact that their creator, Jesus Christ loves them.

— Put an end to the Hollywood values that promote violence and sexual perversion in movies and television.

— Show children that caring for people is more important than having cell phones and iPods.

— Instruct through history that all cultures are not equal.

— Realize that human life begins at conception and abortion is murder.

— Inform the younger citizens that this nation has been so blessed in its past because the people tried to live within a Christian ethic.

— Discipline children with love and firmness.

— Display, as parents, the value of church attendance and fellowship.

— Give our offspring the hope of a better life here and in the hereafter.

— Understand that man without God is hopeless and clueless.
