LEWISTON — Northeast Bank recently made a $1,000 donation to the New Beginnings House in Lewiston.
New Beginnings offers a variety of programs to assist homeless teens, including an emergency shelter, a transitional living program, community and outreach services.
To further assist the initiative, Northeast Bank employee Michael Lanois volunteers his time at New Beginnings’ fundraising events, serves on the board of directors and sits on its finance committee.
New Beginnings continues to seek monetary donations and host homes. For more information, visit www.newbeginmaine.org.
