Business Person/Business of the Year.

This award recognizes a business person or business which has made significant investments in supporting the region’s economic growth, expanded employment opportunities through the establishment of a new business or business expansion or has set a new leadership standard for business innovation and quality.

Volunteer of the Year.

This award recognizes individual or group efforts which have made a significant contribution to the quality of life or the enhancement of community or regional assets. It also recognizes accomplishments achieved through nonprofit organizations, public sector committees or businesses.

Customer Service Award.

This award recognizes a business whose employees have gone beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding customer service in the River Valley area.

Non-Profit/Community Service Leadership Award.

This award recognizes a group effort which has made a significant contribution in the enhancement of community or regional involvement in the River Valley area.
