AUBURN — Debora J. Brown, 57, of Knox Street, Rumford, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the Hospice House, following a brief illness.

She was born in Rumford, Sept. 18, 1955, a daughter of Earl and Marilyn (Hall) Brown. Deb attended St. Theresa’s and was a graduate of Mexico High School, Class of 1973. She was employed with the Mexico School Lunch Program for several years.

Deb also worked as a cook and waitress for several local businesses and was a delivery person for Davis Florist. She loved spending time with family and friends, but especially with her granddaughter, Haley.

Surviving are her son, Christopher M. Brown and wife, Tanya, of Dixfield; granddaughter, Haley M. Brown; godson, Jordan Dubois; special friends, Beverly and Pete Glover and Helen Ellwood; and other family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Dennis Brown.
