Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow on Feb. 2, predicting an early spring. “I am not an outdoor person in the wintertime,” said the owner of Specialty Automotive Service in Auburn. “I work on cars and have broken every bone in my hands, so they really ache in the winter. I hate winter.”
