Norway Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball sign-ups

NORWAY —   The Norway Recreation Department and Norway Youth Baseball are teaming up to offer registration times for baseball, softball and Tee-ball!

Join us at the Norway Town Office on Thursday, March 7th from 5-6:30pm or Saturday March 9th from 10am to noon or Wednesday March 13th from 5-6:30pm.

We ask all parents to attend one of these times to obtain important information for their child’s athletic activity.  Registration forms only available at the sign ups.

These registration times are for Norway residents only; if you live in another Town, please call your local recreation department for the times and locations of your sign ups.

Lisbon Junior Athletic League Baseball, Softball& T-Ball Registration

LISBON —   On Sunday, March 10th, the LJAL’s baseball clinics start, which are designed and staffed to teach and augment the kids’ skills, all with some fun. Check ljal.org’s calendar page for groupings & times.

At 1 pm on the Saturday, 16th, Dick’s Sporting Goods hosts the LJAL’s Appreciation Day. This is a can’t-miss event, with Dick’s graciously providing its LJAL-affiliated customers great deals and discounts on everything in the Topsham store. Stop by the LJAL booth on that Saturday afternoon at Dick’s and then shop till you drop.

You can still register your child online at ljal.org. Our registration numbers indicate there are scores upon scores of ballplayers who haven’t been signed up yet, so please, don’t delay.

Founded in 1970, the LJAL is a nonprofit, all-volunteer youth baseball organization that administers Lisbon’s Farm, Cal Ripken & Babe Ruth baseball, girls softball, and T-ball leagues. Paris baseball, softball registration Saturday
PARIS — The Town of Paris Parks & Recreation will be holding baseball & softball registrations for the 2013 season at In the Zone Sports Center (next door to Save-a-Lot) on Saturday, March 9th from 9:00am – 12:00 pm.   There will be a second registration on Wednesday, March 13th from 6:00 pm – 8:00pm.  Registration is open for all boys ages 4 – 15 and girls ages 4 – 18 and includes the levels of t-ball, Cal Ripken rookies, Minors, Majors and Babe Ruth baseball and softball.  Please bring proof of birth date.  Registration will be $30 per child with a family rate for those with more than 2 players.  Babe Ruth registration will be $50 per player.  For more information please call Joe Trybus at 890-1437.
