DAUPHIN, Pa. — Grant G. Durrell, 36, of Dauphin, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 27. He was the loving husband of Emily J. (Beaumont) Durrell.

Born Feb. 20, 1977, in Farmington, he was the son of Gilbert C. and Constance (Blais) Durrell.

Grant was a teacher at Covenant Christian Academy and a graduate of the University of Maine. He was a loving father, lifelong learner, avid cyclist, runner, reader and outdoorsman. Grant enjoyed cycling with his family and had biked from Pennsylvania to Maine multiple times.

Surviving are his parents, his wife and his two children, Josiah K. and Ethan G. Durrell. He is also survived by his sister, Lynelle and husband, John Schumacher, of Zurich, Switzerland, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
