FARMINGTON — The UMaine Cooperative Extension will host a workshop titled Pricing Products and Services for Profit from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at the Franklin County office, 138 Pleasant St.

The workshop will provide an overview of what is involved in successfully developing a pricing strategy. Topics covered include: what is profit, what is my market willing to pay and record keeping for developing prices.

UMaine Cooperative Extension’s Dr. James C. McConnon, economics and small business specialist, will be the key presenter.

Fee for the class is $15. Preregistration and prepayment is required. The deadline to register for this workshop is April 19.
