Returning letter winners: Juniors — Justin Conant, Justin Richards; Sophomore — Mitch Stanley.

Key losses:  Derek Richards, Tristan Franchetti.

Promising newcomers: Freshmen — Caleb Holmes, Robbie Babb.

Outlook: A very thin lineup leave the Cougars in trouble if there is an illness or a bout with ineligibility, but the talent that is there will likely be good enough to at least replicate last year’s mid-pack finish. The foundation is in place for a solid team next year, too.
