BUCKFFIELD — Jonah Williams struck out eight batters and threw a two-hitter as No. 1 Buckfield landed on No. 5 Greenville with a 10-0 victory in a Western Class D baseball semifinal Friday.
The Bucks built a 9-0 lead after three innings.
Tyler Vallee scored three runs and had three hits. Williams hit a one-run double and Ben Strout tripled. Dalton Hart drove in two runs during Buckfield’s 12-hit attack.
The Bucks move on to play Richmond Tuesday night at St. Joseph’s College in Buxton in the Western D
regional championship.

RICHMOND — Kelsie Obi doubled and Kelsea Anair and Jamie Plummer each smacked three singles as No. 1 Richmond did away with No. 4 Buckfield, 7-3, in a Western Class D softball semifina Friday.
Richmond used 12 hits to dispatch Buckfield.
Jamie Plummer was the winning pitcher.
Alannah Knox doubled for the Bucks.
