LEWISTON — The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing will offer a free motivation workshop for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. “How to Pull Yourself Together,” presented by psychologist Amy Wood, will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at the Dempsey Center, 29 Lowell St.
It’s easy to stay positive about important goals when life is just clipping along. But what happens when a major life event knocks you off your path?
