RUMFORD — Rep. Mike Michaud’s staff will be available to meet with constituents from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, at the Town Office, 145 Congress St.

People are invited to discuss issues they are facing with federal agencies and services available through the congressman’s office. Andrea Quaid of Michaud’s Lewiston office will be available.
