1951 – 2013
AUBURN — Bryan Lee McDonald, 61, of Oxford, died Friday, Aug. 16, at the Hospice House after a period of declining health.
He was born in Gardiner on Dec. 7, 1951, the son of Frederick F. and Erma R. Cray McDonald. He loved going to his day program, Creative Works, during the week. He had many friends there. Bryan loved shopping for trucks, watching western shows, country music, Johnny Cash and Elvis. He also loved drawing pictures to give to people.
He is survived by a brother, David, of Minot.
He had been lovingly cared for by his home provider, Scott W., his correspondent Nancy W., Deb Peaco and Theresa Winslow. Scott wishes to extend gratitude to the staff at Stephens Memorial Hospital; Bryan’s physician, Dr. Brian Nolan, who provided excellent and compassionate care; and Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice.
