1936 – 2013

AUBURN — Lorette Poulin, 76, formerly of Auburn, died Sunday, Aug. 18.

Born in Lewiston on Nov. 13, 1936, she was the daughter of Joseph and Armande (Caron) Poulin.

She belonged to the Red Hat Society. You could often find Lorette playing bingo and cards. All her life she loved dancing, anything the color red and her beloved cats!

Survivors include a daughter, Claire and husband, Shawn Sawyer, of Mechanic Falls; three sons, Donald and wife, Mary Jane, of Sabattus, Maurice and wife, Lisa, of Irvine, Calif., and Marcel and partner, Liz Beck, of Gray; two brothers, Gerard and wife, Pauline, of Lewiston and Normand and wife, Joanne, of Lewiston; three sisters, Rita and husband, Raymond Letourneau, of Lewiston, Pauline and husband, Gerard Collet of Utah and Anita and husband, Lou Long, of Lewiston; and eight grandchildren, David, Brittany, Crystal, James, Peter, Steven, Samantha and Shawn Jr.
