Rev. Sallies to conduct service

PARIS — The First Universalist Church on Pine Street once again will welcome the Rev. Robert Sallies to conduct the worship service on Oct. 27.

Music for the 10 a.m. service is under the direction of Donna Hurd and Sunday School is under the direction of Renee Wales. Coffee and fellowship will follow the worship service and all are welcome.

Childcare is available and the First Universalist Church is wheelchair accessible.

Church welcomes Bernice Martin

NORWAY — The First Universalist Church of Norway invites people to join them at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, as the church welcomes Bernice Martin.

Martin is a long-time member of the church. She has recently graduated with a master’s degree in theology.

The church is at 479 Main St. Child care is provided and social hour follows the service.

Youths invited on pilgrimage

AUBURN — All youths and young adults between the ages of 16 and 29 are invited on a life-changing pilgrimage to Taize, France, a place filled with deep Christian spirituality and broad ecumenism.

The trip is planned for July 18-28 and will be headed by United Methodist Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar.
