PARIS — Open registration for spring semester classes is now underway for Central Maine Community College courses, including those being offered in Oxford County.
“We have a large number of students from Oxford County who are enrolled in degree programs at CMCC,” said Michelle Hawley, student services representative for Oxford County and coordinator at the Western Maine Center in South Paris. “By offering courses at the Center and other sites in Oxford County, we strive to make the college experience more convenient and accessible for these students.”
The following courses are offered in Oxford County in the spring semester, starting with those at the Western Maine Center: understanding business, principles of supervision, interpersonal communications, college writing, technical writing, Maine history, introduction to ethics, developmental psychology, statistics; Telstar Regional High School: introduction to sociology, intermediate algebra; Region 9 School of Applied Technology: business math, public speaking; Fryeburg Academy: college writing, introduction to psychology.
