1947 – 2013

POLAND — Ernest “Ernie” Albert Whitworth, born April 8, 1947, recently passed away unexpectedly.

Ernie spent his childhood in Boca Grande, Fla., with his mother, Helen May Bowker-Whitworth. After moving to Rangeley, he graduated and joined the Army Reserve. He then started his beautiful family with his first wife, Pam, and had three children: Lisa Marie, Mona May and Ty Albert.

He had many joyful, heartfelt times with his children. He enjoyed traveling across America, and to Alaska and Jamaica. Ernie was fun-loving, and had a generous spirit and huge heart.

He then had his cherished grandchildren: Dougie, Brianna, Trinity May, Devon and Haley May, whom he adored. He spent his days working as a heavy equipment operator. On his time off, he enjoyed his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many friends.

Although he will be sadly missed, his wonderful and kind spirit will always be carried on every day through everyone who loved him.

“I love you, Pop; we all love you. We will think of you every day.” Love, Mona May.
