A mobile art therapy program called ArtVan, has been providing a class monthly at The Center for Wisdom’s Women, Lewiston. The first year of visits were made possible by funding from the Carignan Fund at Bates College. In November, the women decorated a glove to represent what they could give and receive. Reflections on the topic followed. The Art Van visits the women’s center from 10 a.m. to noon on the last Wednesday and will return in January.
