* Heather Gilbert, 30, Rumford, first-offense operating under the influence, 1:03 a.m. Dec. 28. She was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 4 in 11th District Court.

Burglaries

* An Oxford Avenue business reported at 4:13 a.m. Dec. 28 that someone broke in during the night and stole $470.20 in cash and change.

* A Waldo Street business reported at 7:47 a.m. Dec. 28 that an attempted burglary with property damage had occurred. No entry was made.

* A Cumberland Street resident reported at 12:22 p.m. Dec. 28 that her apartment was burglarized and $1,200 worth of belongings were stolen.
