Grange planning ‘souper’ supper

CHESTERVILLE —  Chesterville Grange will have a “souper” supper on Friday, Jan. 10, serving between 5 and 6:30 p.m.

It will feature homemade soups, chowders, breads and desserts. Cost is adults, $5; children, $2.50. For more information, call 778-2282 or 778-5845.

Church to have bean, casserole supper

FARMINGTON —  A baked bean and casserole supper will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Trinity United Methodist Church.

There will be vegetarian, gluten-free and sugar-free items. The new price will be $7 adults; children under 12, $3.50.

Emmanuel plans free lunch

LIVERMORE FALLS — Emmanuel Assembly of God will hold a free Community Lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at the American Legion Hall, 17 Reynolds Ave.

All ages are welcome. For transportation, call 491-3708. The lunches are held on the second Saturday of each month.

Masonic lodge to sponsor dinner

NEW SHARON —  A roast pork dinner will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, at Franklin Masonic Lodge of New Sharon. It will include potato, vegetables, rolls and homemade pie.

Take-out will be available. Cost is adults, $8; age 6 to 12, $6; under 6, free. Proceeds will benefit the building fund.
