FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue School District has announced the following kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration dates.
Cape Cod Hill School, 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 26. Call 778-3031 for an appointment.
Cushing School, 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 15. Call 645-2442 for an appointment.
Mallett School, kindergarten, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 29; pre-K, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 15, or 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 16. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.
The child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, the child must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15.
At registration, parents will need the child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled-out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. New this year, packets should be picked up at the child’s school.
Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to reregister for kindergarten.
