Church to host pancake breakfast
AUBURN — A pancake breakfast will be held from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Sunday, April 6, at St. Philip’s Church, Route 4.
Menu includes sausage patties, fruit cup, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for ages 6-12 and free for 5 and under.
The meal is hosted by the Philipian Seniors to raise funds to repair the cross above the main entry.
The public is welcome.
Donations being accepted for craft supply fair
AUBURN — A Fabric and Craft Supply Fair will be help from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at the High Street Congregational Church, 106 Pleasant St.
For the fair, crafters gather up all the fabric and supplies they bought but never used and rent a table and sell them to other crafters. This is the 12th fair in 14 years.
Twenty tables have been rented and High Street Church will also have fabric and craft supplies for sale.
Fabric and supply donations are still being accepted. Call the church Tuesday through Thursday at 784-1306 to coordinate a drop-off.
The fair has grown since 2000, and organizers recognize the shoppers from year to year. Several renters from previous years are returning, along with some first-time renters.
