Charges

* Kenneth Snow, 49, Rumford, operating after suspension, 1:36 p.m. May 2 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on June 3 in 11th District Court.

* At 7:19 a.m. on May 2, a Waldo Street business reported a shoplifter in custody. An officer responded and charged Charles Jobin, 60, of Mexico, with theft (shoplifting). He will be arraigned on June 3 in 11th District Court.
