LEWISTON – Alvin and Liliane Brotski of Charlottesville, Va., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Valerie Brotski of Los Angeles, Calif., to Patrick Shea of Los Angeles, Calif., son of Richard and Marine Shea of Lewiston.

The future bride is a 1993 graduate of Charlottesville High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Virginia. She is a writer’s assistant on “Desperate Housewives.”

The future bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2000 graduate of Syracuse University. He is a television producer in Los Angeles, Calif.

The wedding will be held on June 27 in Charlottesville, Va.
