RUMFORD – Mr. and Mrs. Mark Belanger of Rumford are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Belanger, to Ryan Arsenault, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Arsenault of Hanover.

The future bride is a 2005 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and plans to graduate from St. Joseph’s College in May with a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

The future bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and a 2008 graduate of the paramedicine program at Northeastern University in Boston. He is currently employed at Med-Care Ambulance as a paramedic.

A Sept. 19 wedding is being planned.
