LEEDS — Michael Joseph Buckley, 52, a resident of Leeds, died Wednesday, June 18, at his home.

He was born on Oct. 8, 1961, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of David Joseph Buckley and Regina (Mulroy) Buckley. He attended school in Brooklyn and served in the U.S. Navy. Michael worked as a truck driver for many years, stopping in 2007 due to health issues. He was a member of DAV.

Michael enjoyed spending time and taking care of his family, especially his children.

He is survived by his children, Christine Wieladek and her husband, Eric, of New Jersey and Meghan and David Buckley, both of Greene; his granddaughter, Annie Wieladek; his father, David J. Buckley, of Jackson, N.J.; and three sisters, Joan Montana of New Jersey, Maureen Buckley of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Eileen McGlynn of New Jersey.

He was predeceased by his mother, Regina Buckley.
