MEXICO – The wedding of Amanda Jean Fitzsimmons and Eugene Irving Frost Jr. was held at 3 p.m. on Sept. 20 in Mexico. Bonnie Jean Hayward, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Frost is the daughter of Eugene Dana Fitzsimmons of Portland and Kelli Jean Hayward of Mexico. Mr. Frost is the son of Eugene Irving Frost of Rumford and the late Mrs. Frost.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her mother served as honor attendant and Laurie Hayward, aunt of the bride, was bridesmaid.

Eugene Frost served as best man for his son. Dana Fitzsimmons, brother of the bride, was usher. Eugene Frost III, son of the couple, was ring bearer.

A reception followed in Mexico, after which the couple traveled to Massachusetts. They are residing in Mexico.

The bride attended Central Maine Community College and is a stay-at-home mother.

The bridegroom received his GED and is employed at NewPage in Mexico.
