RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 5 in 11th District Court.
Charges
* Jessica Pare, 37, of Rumford, domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release, 7:20 a.m. June 28 on Washington Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail. Pare was arrested again the same day at 10:28 a.m. on charge of violating conditions of release, deemed ineligible for bail and taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.
* Kevin Holden, 20, of Bryant Pond, attaching false plates, 8:19 p.m. June 23. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
* Linda Bradley, 50, of Rumford, operating under the influence, 3:03 a.m. June 22 on Lincoln Avenue. She was released on $800 unsecured bail.
Reports
* July 1, 10:38 a.m. — A Forest Avenue resident reported the theft overnight of a bicycle valued at $120. Sgt. Douglas Maifeld is investigating.
* June 20, 4:32 p.m. — The department took the report of a theft of sneakers from Congress Street. Cpl. Donald Miller investigated. The sneakers were recovered and the complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
