WILTON – Edward and Sandra Herrin of Wilton are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lera Herrin of Lewiston, to George Simones of Greene, son of James and Linda Simones of Greene.

Miss Herrin is a 2000 home school graduate and is currently employed at TD Banknorth.

Mr. Simones is a 1999 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 2001 graduate of Central Maine Technical College with an associate degree in business administration. He is currently employed at the family business, Simones Hot Dog Stand in Lewiston.

A fall wedding is planned.
