The Bailey Library is hosting a Mr. Harley Summer Party at the Winthrop Town Hall, 17 Highland Ave., at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 12. A bake sale and 50/50 raffle, sponsored by the Bailey Library trustees, will be held in conjunction to benefit the Bailey Library expansion. In addition, raffle tickets will be available for a handmade quilt donated by the Cumston Area Quilters. Harley Smith has performed as Mr. Harley for children across the country for over a decade.
