WILTON — Police are investigating a forced entry into a vacant home where a kitchen table and chairs were stolen, police Chief Heidi Wilcox said Thursday.
Also stolen were some costume jewelry, clothing, and a push lawn mower from the garage, Wilcox said.
A woman who mows the lawn at the house on Chandler Street noticed the break-in and reported the items stolen on July 1, she said.
Officer Brian Lynch is investigating the case, she said.
No estimate of value was available Tuesday.
