RAYMOND – Announcement is made of the engagement of Sandra Howard and Brent Arsenault, both of North Conway, N.H.

Miss Howard is the daughter of Carol Gilmore Howard of Raymond. She is a graduate of Windham High School and earned degrees from the University of Maine of Orono. She is a music educator and is currently completing her doctoral work at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Mr. Arsenault is the son of Brian and Kathleen Arsenault of Freeport. He is a graduate of Freeport High School and earned degrees from New England College and the University of Southern Maine.

The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. June 21 at Eagle Mountain House in Jackson, N.H.
