MINOT – Dan and Melinda Small of Minot are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Small, to Fred Dailey, son of Debbie and Larry Dailey.

Miss Small is a 2006 graduate of Poland Regional High School. She is employed at Pinetree Retirement Planning as a human resource director.

Mr. Dailey is a 2006 graduate of Poland Regional High School and is employed at Proctor and Gamble as a machine tech.

A September 2009 wedding is planned.
