AUBURN – Announcement is made of the engagement of Dawn Turcotte and Joshua LaPrell, both of Auburn.

Miss Turcotte is the daughter of William Turcotte of Bath and Chong Carncross of Black River, N.Y. She is a 1997 graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn, and is currently employed at Geiger in Lewiston as a project coordinator.

Mr. LaPrell is the son of Gary and Tina LaPrell of Auburn. He is a 1999 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2004 graduate of University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood development. He is currently employed at the YMCA in Auburn as an assistant child care director.

A June wedding is planned.
