LISBON FALLS – The wedding of Shannon Yergin and Abraham Haske was held at 4:30 p.m. May 26 at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. The Rev. James Low officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Haske is the daughter of Therese Binette of Lisbon Falls and Jerry and Kathi Yergin of Lisbon Falls. Mr. Haske is the son of Patti Haske of Anchorage, Alaska, and Greg Haske and Nettie Winkler of Gaylord, Mich.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Laura Yergin was maid of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Amee Rice, Diana Hodges and Monica Dregely, sorority sisters. Mallory Haske and Kailee Haske, daughters, were flower girls.
Jeremy Krzemien was best man for his friend. Ushers were Tom McGray, Cory Ingerson and Dan Dregely, friends.
A reception followed at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled to Sandals in Montego Bay, Jamaica. They are residing in Virginia Beach, Va.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Lisbon High School and received a degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine. She was a single copy sales representative at Sun Journal.
The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Gaylord High School and is Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class at Helicopter Sea Special Combat Squadron 84 at the Naval Air Station in Norfolk, Va.
