WELLS HARBOR – The wedding of Kerri Libby and Ryan Gleason was held Aug. 24 at the Hope Hobbs Gazebo in Wells Harbor. The reception was held at Village by the Sea, also in Wells.

Ms. Libby is the daughter of Rock and Ginny Libby of Hartford, and the granddaughter of Dorothy and the late Edwin Parsons of Hartford and Patricia and the late Lloyd Libby of North Turner. Mr. Gleason is the son of Marjorie Gleason of Watertown, Mass.

The bride, who was escorted down the aisle by her father, wore an A-line strapless gown with corset back in diamond white. She carried a bouquet of black Bacarra roses.

Jessi Brooks, sister of the bride, and Kyla Gallacher, friend of the bride, were matrons of honor. Candy Gleason, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, served as bridesmaid.

Shane Gleason, brother of the bridegroom, and Andrew Jones, childhood friend of the bridegroom, were best men. Eric Allen, also a childhood friend, served as groomsman. Sean Fitzgerald and Marcus D’Angelis, friends of the bridegroom, were ushers.

The bride is employed at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge, Mass. The bridegroom is a Watertown firefighter.

The couple honeymooned in Aruba and they are residing in Watertown, Mass., with their son, Connor.
