LEWISTON – The wedding of Sarah Beth Labrie and Jason Rance Ranger was held at 5:30 p.m. June 30 at Kora Temple in Lewiston. John Beliveau, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Ranger is the daughter of Danny and Cindy Labrie of Auburn. Mr. Ranger is the son of Rance and Sue Ranger of Turner and Cindy Duncan of Nashville, Tenn.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white Duchess satin strapless gown with sweetheart neckline, beaded bodice with matching trim along the hem, and a trumpet silhouette skirt with chapel train. She also wore a fingertip veil and carried a bouquet of light and dark pink roses.
A sister of the bride, Kristen Beaudoin, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Russell and Chrissy Duncan, sisters of the bridegroom, Michelle Lemieux, long-time friend of the bride, and Lisa Maranian, college friend of the bride. Ellie Russell, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.
Best men were Ronald Ranger, brother of the bridegroom and Steve Webber, friend of the bridegroom. Ushers were Todd Boulet and Lionel Dehetre, friends of the bridegroom, and Brandon Beaudoin, brother-in-law of the bride.
A reception followed at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled to Sandals Grande Resort in St. Lucia. They are residing in Auburn.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2001 graduate of Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire, with a bachelor’s degree in child development. In 2007 she received an associate degree in nursing at Central Maine Community College. She is employed as a registered nurse in the Medical Oncology Unit at Central Maine Medical Center.
The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and a 1995 graduate of Norwich University. He is also a 1999 graduate of the University of Florida Law School at Gainesville. He is an attorney in Lewiston.
