LEWISTON – The wedding of Sarah Elizabeth Johnson and James Michael St. Pierre Jr. was held on July 8 at their apartment. Carmella Rose Murphy, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. St. Pierre is the daughter of June Johnson of Gorham and Scott and Robin Johnson of Farmington. Mr. St. Pierre is the son of Lucie St. Pierre of Lewiston and James M. St. Pierre Sr. of Lewiston.
The bride wore a pink, knee-length dress and carried a bouquet of white and red roses.
Michele Glendenning was maid of honor for her friend. Joshua M. St. Pierre was best man for his father. Joshua M. St. Pierre, son of the bridegroom, was the ring bearer.
A reception followed at Del’s Bar and Grill in Lewiston. The couple is planning a trip to Arkansas in the summer of 2008. They are residing in Lewiston.
The bride is a 1992 graduate of Massabesic High School in Waterboro and is employed as a cashier at Wal-Mart Supercenter in Auburn.
The bridegroom is a 1985 graduate of Lewiston High School and is employed as a laborer at Enterprise Foundry in Lewiston.
