AUBURN – Announcement is made of the engagement of Kathryn Field of Wilmington, Del., and John Bailey of Claymont, Del.

Miss Field is the daughter of George Field of Auburn and the late Kathryn Field. She is employed at Mannington Mills in New Jersey.

Mr. Bailey is the son of John and Janet Bailey of Wilmington, Del. He is employed at Unipak in Pennsylvania.

The wedding is planned for 11 a.m. on Aug. 11 at Wayside Bible Baptist Church in Livermore.
