WALES – Announcement is made of the engagement of Jennifer Lea Chandler and Ryan W. Sherman, both of Wales.

The future bride is the daughter of Janet Chandler of Lincoln and Thomas Chandler of Crossville, Tenn. She is a graduate of Caribou High School and Central Maine Community College, with an associate degree in occupational safety and health. She is currently employed at T.J. Maxx of Auburn as a merchandise coordinator.

The future bridegroom is the son of Wayne and Linda Sherman of Wales. He is a graduate of Oak Hill High School and the University of Southern Maine, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in economics. He is currently employed as security for Midcoast Hospital.

The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on April 28 at the Green Street United Methodist Church in Augusta.
