RUMFORD – Sandra Goodrum of Bristol, N.H., Carol Peasley of Charlotte, N.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Goodridge of Houlton, wish to announce the engagement of their children, Janet Goodrum of Penacook, N.H., and Thomas Goodridge of Danville, N.H.
The future bride is also the daughter of the late Monty Goodrum of Colebrook, N.H. She is a graduate of Colebrook Academy in Colebrook, N.H., and Springfield College in Springfield, Mass. She is employed as practice administrator at Concord Pulmonary Medicine in Concord, N.H.
The future bridegroom is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Rumford and Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in marine engineering. He is staff chief on the Norwegian Cruise Line in Hawaii.
An August wedding is planned.
