PERU – Nicholas and Pauline Lavorgna of Peru are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lynn Marie Lavorgna of Portland, to Marc Edward Landry of Kennebunk, son of Barbara and Donald Maskell of Waterville and Paul Landry of Little Deer Isle.
Miss Lavorgna is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School in Rumford and the University of Maine at Farmington. She recently received her master’s degree from Husson College in Bangor. She is currently employed as a health educator in the Portland area.
Mr. Landry is a graduate of Messalonskee High School and the University of Southern Maine. He recently received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. He is currently employed as an electrical engineer at National Semiconductor in South Portland.
The wedding will be held on Sept. 2 in Portland.
