RUMFORD – Announcement is made of the engagement of Jessica Hamel and Dan Boucher, both of Rumford.
Miss Hamel is the daughter of Charlotte Hamel of Livermore Falls. She is a 2005 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and is currently enrolled at the University of Maine at Augusta.
Mr. Boucher is the son of David and Tina Conley of Rumford. He is a 1996 graduate of Mountain Valley High School.
