It is with great pleasure that we endorse Democrat Malcolm “Mackie” Gill for the Maine House of Representatives, District 116.

His background accomplishments include 20 years as a volunteer fireman, and 37 years teaching and coaching sports. He currently serves on the Dixfield Board of Selectmen, with two years as board chairman, on the finance committee of Holy Savior Church and is active with Webb River Valley Sportsman’s Club.

District 116 (Canton, Dixfield, Hartford, Mexico and Peru) is fortunate to have such a qualified candidate representing them.

We will support Malcolm “Mackie” Gill on Nov. 4.
