WESTBROOK – The wedding of Renee Thompson and Clifton Gray Jr. was held at 4 p.m. on Nov. 26 at the home of the bridegroom’s mother in Westbrook. Teresa Biggs officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Gray is the daughter of Vaunda Thompson of Westbrook and Wesley Thompson of Auburn. Mr. Gray is the son of Deborah Whitney of Westbrook and Clifton Gray Sr. of Bryant Pond.
The bride was escorted by her sons, Tyler Wesley Thompson and Cameron Dominic Thompson. Blair Ouellette, daughter of the bridegroom, was honor attendant, and ring bearers were Tyler Thompson and Cameron Thompson, sons of the bride.
A reception followed at the home of the bridegroom’s mother. The couple is planning a vacation in North Conway, N.H., in February.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Portland High School.
The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Westbrook High School and served four years in the U.S. Army. He is employed at Verizon.
