GREENE – Ronald and Sharon Call of Greene celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Nov. 20 at the Greene Baptist Church.

They were married on Nov. 20, 1965, in Turner by the Rev. Robert Blue. Attendants from the wedding who were present were Connie (Brown) Mower, maid of honor, Shirley (Mower) Wills, bridesmaid, and Phil Mower, usher. Other guests attended from Greene, Turner, Lewiston, Lisbon and Auburn.

The couple has four children, Andrew, Dresden and Edward of Greene, and Rhonda and Christopher of Auburn.

A luncheon was served, and the couple was presented with a cake and many cards. The party was arranged by their sons, Andrew and Edward, and Cindy Call and sister, Connie Mower.
